CANCELLATION POLICY

(14) DAY CANCELLATION / RETURN POLICY: (SIM CARD ACTIVATION ONLY)

If you cancel your service (14 days) from your date of purchase OR extended 14-Day Trial period offered by Tier2 support, we’ll refund your first month of internet service less an Activation Fee of $25.00. TotalSECURE subscriptions are not refundable (no exceptions made). Your refund will be credited to the credit card on file.


(14) DAY CANCELLATION / RETURN POLICY (DROP SHIPPED ROUTER & SERVICE BY GOTW3 DIRECT)

If you cancel your service (14 days) from the date of purchase OR extended 14-Day Trial period offered by Tier2 support, we’ll refund your first month of internet service, your device cost (less tax, shipping and a $50.00 restocking fee). You are however responsible for shipping your device back. Damage free equipment and original packaging is required. Your refund will be credited to the credit card on file when your equipment is returned and received at our home office.

IN SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY – After (14 days)

After your 14-Day Trial period you can cancel your Internet Service at any time without an early termination fee. The equipment is yours and your service will remain active until your next billing cycle due date. If you decide to reconnect your service after a cancellation there is a $25.00 reconnection fee to do so. We do not prorate middle of the billing cycle “In Service Cancellations” – NO EXCEPTIONS MADE.
